Record the arrival

If the label calls for refrigeration, put the item in the fridge at +2 to +8°C first, then fill in this record. Do not freeze it.

Note the courier’s delivery time and the time the parcel reached you. Keep the tracking event, outer-package condition, item label, seal and any temperature indicator as separate observations.

A touch impression is not a temperature reading. A measured reading covers one point at one time and cannot show the whole route.

Record the location of each measurement. If you measured the outer parcel or a cooling insert, label it as that reading, not as the product’s temperature.

Label measurements with their location

Write the value and unit, time of measurement, instrument or logger, and where its sensor sat. A parcel-wall reading, cooling-pack reading and product reading are different observations. If no measuring device produced a value, mark it not measured and keep touch impressions in their own field.

One arrival reading cannot show every condition during dispatch. Preserve any logger record and courier timeline that came with the package. If the route or exposure period is unclear, write “unknown” rather than estimating it.

Use instructions for the exact product

Copy the storage or handling statement from the product label or the supplier’s written instructions. Save its source and date. Do not apply a general temperature or time window to a different product or format.

The peptide stability and storage guide explains why handling depends on the product and its form, and its receiving checklist for warm parcels lists where each item Remy Research stocks should go. The delivery page covers shipping. Handling instructions come from the product label.

Keep photos and ask about discrepancies

Save photos of the package, item label, seal and any indicator before discarding packing materials. Note the tracking reference, the time you found the issue and the official support route you used. Keep the seller’s written response with the record.

For Remy Research orders, report a damaged, incorrect or defective item as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order reference and photos, through the verified contact channels. The refunds and cancellations page sets out what happens next.

Our Research Standards

Storage temperatures on this page match the Remy Research FAQ and storage guide (+2 to +8°C, do not freeze), and the reporting window matches the refunds page, as checked on October 20, 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use touch to record a temperature?
Touch is a subjective observation, not a measured temperature. If you did not use a measuring device, mark the reading not measured and record touch separately.
Does one reading at arrival describe the whole delivery route?
No. It records one value at one time and sensor location. Keep any available tracking or logger record, note known exposure periods, and mark gaps unknown.
What should I do if the label, seal or package is damaged?
Record the exact observation and photo references, then contact the seller through a verified support route. Check the seller’s current written issue-reporting and returns terms.
Does this worksheet decide whether an order qualifies for a refund?
No. It records observations and communications. The seller’s current policy and review of the specific order determine any remedy.
