GLOW 70mg: Three Research Peptides in One Pre-Filled Pen

GLOW is a trade name, not a description of any outcome. Behind it is a co-formulated research blend sold under the ProPeptide label: 50mg of the copper tripeptide GHK-Cu, 10mg of the 15-residue peptide BPC-157, and 10mg of TB-500, a short synthetic fragment modelled on the actin-binding region of thymosin beta-4. Together that makes a nominal 70mg of peptide, held in a fixed 5:1:1 mass ratio.

The pen arrives pre-mixed in a pH-balanced aqueous solution, so the lab receives a single sealed device instead of three freeze-dried powders. Because all three compounds share one cartridge, their proportion cannot be changed after manufacture.

The reason for pairing these particular molecules is that each one sits in a different, largely separate area of preclinical biology: extracellular-matrix and copper signalling, vascular and nitric-oxide signalling, and actin-driven cell movement. Our GLOW pathway review sets out that rationale in full, with citations.

Pen or Three Vials: Choosing a Format

Remy Research stocks the same three peptides two ways. Which suits a project depends on whether the work values a locked ratio or independent control of each compound. The full trade-off is covered in GLOW pen vs individual vials.

When the pen fits

Fixed-ratio reference work where the 5:1:1 proportion should stay identical from start to finish. There is no mixing stage, one batch reference covers all three compounds, and there is a single expiry and storage history to log.

When separate vials fit

Studies that need to isolate one pathway, vary one compound against the others, or trace each compound to its own lot. The standalone GHK-Cu 50mg vial, BPC-157 10mg vial and TB-500 10mg vial each carry their own batch record.

Purity and batch evidence

The blend is supplied to a ≥99% HPLC purity specification. Independent batch reports that have been published are collected in our lab results library; check there for the batches currently documented, and ask us to confirm the active lot before dispatch.

Cold chain across the UAE

Every order travels in cold-chain packaging that holds 2–8°C. Dubai orders placed before 4 PM go out the same day, with most arriving within 4 hours. For the other emirates, order before 12 PM (noon) for next-day arrival; later orders arrive within two days. Charges and full terms are on the delivery page.

What the Literature Says About Each Component

Each peptide has its own body of mostly preclinical work, from cell culture and animal models. The three were studied separately, not as this blend: there is no published trial or combination dataset for GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 together, and nothing shows that 5:1:1 is an optimum rather than a formulation choice. "Complementary pathways" is a fair description; "synergy" would go beyond the evidence.

GHK-Cu: matrix and copper chemistry

A Gly-His-Lys tripeptide bound to one copper ion, studied mainly as a copper carrier rather than a receptor agonist. Maquart and colleagues reported raised collagen production in fibroblast cultures in 1988, and later gene-expression reviews link it to collagen, elastin and matrix-remodelling enzymes such as lysyl oxidase. More background is in our GHK-Cu research overview.

BPC-157: vascular and nitric-oxide signalling

A synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a protein sequence first isolated from gastric juice. Two decades of rodent work, much of it from one research group, describe effects on the nitric-oxide system, and endothelial-cell studies report VEGFR2 up-regulation with downstream eNOS signalling. No single receptor target has been confirmed, and the human record is thin.

TB-500: actin and cell migration

Native thymosin beta-4 binds monomeric G-actin one-to-one and helps set the pool of actin available for filament building, which shapes how fibroblasts and keratinocytes move. Most published data used the full-length protein, so findings should not be assumed to transfer to the short fragment.

For research purposes only. Not for human consumption.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is inside the GLOW 70mg pen?

Three peptides co-formulated in one cartridge: GHK-Cu (50mg), BPC-157 (10mg) and TB-500 (10mg), for a nominal 70mg total in a fixed 5:1:1 mass ratio. The solution is pre-mixed and pH-balanced.

Where can I buy the GLOW pen in Dubai?

Remy Research sells the GLOW 70mg pen for research use and ships from Dubai in 2–8°C cold-chain packaging. Dubai orders placed before 4 PM arrive the same day, most within 4 hours. Elsewhere in the UAE, orders placed before 12 PM (noon) arrive the next day; Saturday orders outside Dubai arrive on Monday, and there is no Sunday delivery outside Dubai. See the delivery page for charges.

Has this three-peptide blend been studied as a combination?

No. Each compound has its own preclinical literature, but no published study has tested GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 together, and there is no human trial of the blend. The pairing rests on the three acting in different biological areas, not on combination data.

Should I choose the pen or the three individual vials?

The pen suits work that needs a locked ratio, one batch reference and no mixing stage. Separate vials suit studies that vary or isolate one compound, or need lot-level traceability for each peptide. Remy Research stocks all three standalone.

How can I check purity for this product?

GLOW is supplied to a ≥99% HPLC purity specification. Published independent batch reports are collected on the Remy Research lab results page, and we can confirm the active lot reference before dispatch.

How should the pen be stored after delivery?

Refrigerate it at 2–8°C as soon as it arrives. Keep it away from direct light and do not let it freeze. Follow the storage notes on the package label for the batch you receive.

Does the name GLOW mean the product has a cosmetic effect?

No. GLOW is a trade name for the blend. It makes no claim about any effect in people, and the product is sold only for laboratory research.

Who is this product for?

Laboratories carrying out in-vitro research. For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use, and not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
