Start with the exact product listing

Copy the seller’s product name, format, labelled amount and page URL as shown. Add the date you checked the page. A vial, a pre-filled pen and the sample named on a laboratory report are separate records, even when they share a compound name.

This worksheet records statements and written replies. A blank does not mean a test failed or passed. Keep the gap visible until the seller answers it.

Keep identity, content and purity separate

Copy each test name, method, result, unit and sample separately. Identity, measured content or assay, HPLC purity and other named panels answer different questions. A purity percentage alone does not state how many labelled milligrams are in a container.

Match the report’s sample name, format, date and batch code to the seller’s description. A public report describes the sample named on it. If the seller has not documented how that batch relates to the lot being shipped, mark the link as unknown and ask.

For Janoshik reports, keep the public URL, task number and unique verification key together. The step-by-step verification guide shows where those identifiers appear. The COA guide explains why a purity result and a content result belong in different fields.

Save the seller’s current delivery and payment terms

Write down the delivery and dispatch page URL, the quoted timing, every fee or minimum order, the payment instructions and the cancellation or returns page. Record when you checked each link. If a chat reply conflicts with a policy page, ask the seller to clarify the exact term in writing.

For Remy Research orders, see the current delivery terms, refunds and cancellations and official contact channels. For another seller, use that seller’s own published terms and verified contact route.

Our Research Standards

Delivery, payment and returns references on this page match the Remy Research delivery, refunds and contact pages as checked on October 20, 2026. The worksheet records what a seller states and names no other supplier.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does a verified report prove that the shipment came from the tested batch?
The report lists the sample and batch named for testing. A link to a later shipment needs its own documented mapping. Compare the report with the product and package labels; if the connection is unclear, record it as not stated and ask the seller.
Is HPLC purity the same as the amount in a vial or pen?
No. HPLC purity and measured content are separate results. Record the method, value, unit and tested sample for each result. A purity percentage alone does not state the labelled milligrams in a container.
How do I record the lab’s verification details?
Record the verification details the named lab uses. For Janoshik, record the task number and unique key, then follow the Janoshik verification guide. Ask the seller for any missing report link or identifier.
What belongs in the written terms section?
Save the seller’s current delivery, payment and cancellation or returns links with the date you checked them. Record any quoted fees, dispatch or arrival estimate, payment recipient and issue-reporting instructions.
