Published in Obesity, once-weekly subcutaneous VK2735 produced mean body-weight reductions of up to 14.7% (up to 13.1% placebo-adjusted) at week 13, meeting all endpoints, with up to 88% of treated patients losing at least 10% versus 4% with placebo (n=176, NCT06068946).

In company data presented at ECO 2026, once-daily oral VK2735 produced dose-dependent mean body-weight reductions of up to 12.2% at week 13, with up to 80% of participants losing at least 10% and up to 97% at least 5%, versus 5% and 10% with placebo.
