RT-40-V-001 microbial results relabelled from sterility wording
Correction release: the RT-40-V-001 TAMC/TYMC results are now labelled
Microbial enumeration (TAMC/TYMC)in the JSON and CSV distributions. Neither microbial enumeration nor the LAL bacterial-endotoxin assay alone establishes compendial sterility. No measurement, task number or verification key changed. Recorded in this change log on 11 August 2026, after a site audit found the release had not been logged.Four evidence trackers added: orforglipron, CagriSema, survodutide, oral VK2735
Published dated evidence trackers for orforglipron, CagriSema, survodutide and oral VK2735, each separating peer-reviewed publications from sponsor topline releases with primary sources. The survodutide SYNCHRONIZE-CVOT status was corrected to completed with results unpublished.
Phase 3 evidence tracker published
Published a dated retatrutide Phase 3 tracker that separates the peer-reviewed TRANSCEND-T2D-1 report from sponsor topline TRIUMPH releases and explicitly labels detailed publications that remain pending. Removed number-counting animation from scientific values, corrected the retired study-ladder description, and aligned the site header identity and navigation.
TRIUMPH-2 and TRIUMPH-3 evidence added; study-ladder planner retired
Added Lilly's 23 July 2026 sponsor topline results for TRIUMPH-2 and TRIUMPH-3, the planned first-quarter 2027 US biologics license application timing, and the pending peer-review boundary across the relevant research pages and machine-readable references. Retired the study-ladder amount planner. The format-specific listed-material converter remains available and now records one privacy-safe interaction event per browser session without transmitting entered values.
Commercial reference fields removed from the COA dataset
Remy Research now publishes as an evidence and research property only. The per-record
commercialUrl,commercialUrlUaeandcommercialRelationshipfields were removed from the JSON distribution and thecommercial_urlcolumn was removed from the CSV. The batch-to-format mapping those fields carried is retained as the descriptiveformatRelationshipfield. Because a field was removed, the dataset version advances to 2.0.0; consumers pinned to the 1.x shape must update their field mappings. No analytical measurement, task number, verification key, analysis date or source record changed in this release. The same pass retired the site's outbound handoff routing and rewrote publisher-relationship copy across the evidence pages and machine-readable surfaces.COA interpretation and comparison sources strengthened
Synchronized dataset 1.1.0 across machine-readable surfaces, added an analytical-test coverage matrix, clarified what HPLC purity and assay do and do not establish, and attached primary sources to the comparison and incretin-pipeline pages. No batch measurements changed.
Batch RT-40-V-001 published with a five-test analytical panel
Added the Reta 40mg vial batch RT-40-V-001: 99.692% HPLC purity, 49.80 mg assay, TAMC/TYMC microbial-limit passes, bacterial endotoxin under 1 EU/Vial, and heavy metals and residual TFA not detected. Janoshik issued a separate report for each test, so all five verification keys are published and can be confirmed independently at janoshik.com. Verification keys across the library are now one-click copyable.
Public COA batch evidence dataset launched
Published downloadable JSON and CSV records for RET-20-C-2604-001, RET-20-V-2604-001 and RETP002, including laboratory task numbers, verification keys, measurements, source URLs and documented batch-to-format relationships.
Ownership and verification standard published
Clarified that Remy Research shares an operator with the sister research publisher Remy Peptides while laboratory reports are independently produced by the named laboratory. Added evidence states, test limitations, corrections policy and metadata reuse terms.
Partial vial panel no longer described as sterility-grade
Updated the RET-20-V-2604-001 record to describe HPLC, assay, heavy-metals, TFA and bacterial-endotoxin results individually. Those measurements do not, by themselves, establish sterility.
